About me
I am an interaction designer, product designer, 3D modelist, filmmaker and animator.
I graduated in "Industrial product design" at University of Bologna in 2017.
I started a master in "Interaction design" at University of San Marino in 2017.
I attended in various project workshops, with Technogym (Cesena), Palazzo Poggi Museum (Bologna), AEK srl (Tavullia) and Basel School of design.
My main goal is to transform today's tecnologies into the devices we've only seen in movies and novels, because i believe that science fiction doesn't exist.

Blue Shift
Procedural virtual reality
Peaceful places can be artificially created everywhere in the presence of white noise.
Through a smartphone app and a special VR viewer, you can experience the tranquility of the places where the white noise is present. In particular, "Piazzale della Libertà" of Pesaro.
Blue shift realizes peaceful planets in VR, crossing open data that come from the weather and the interactions of users on social networks. The white noise of your birthplace is streamed everywhere.

Firenze 1334
Video infographic
The cathedral of Santa Maria Novella in Florence was built over a longer period of time than anyone can imagine.
In fact, the works began during the period in which the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri was written, and then ended in the same decade in which the first Chicago skyscraper was built.
The infographic shows the years of construction of the various parts of the cathedral, in conjunction with other important buildings of the city of Florence, from the Gothic architectural style to the Art Nouveau style.

Luigi Galvani was the scientist who discovered the nature of communication between the nervous system and body by electrical impulses.

Electricity is linked to life in many ways: the natural flows of energy and matter that encounter an obstacle take on ramified forms. For this reason, lightning has got the same shape as tree roots, corals and soil cracks.

This decoration was created by attaching a linden wood board to a Tesla coil. The energy burns the wood on the surface leaving electrical marks according to random patterns.
AIM.
Artificial intelligence interface
Many companies that deal with user experience with digital devices invest resources in the implementation of virtual assistants. Besides the possibility of interacting with the machines through dialogue, the next tools of this type will be able to anticipate the wishes and needs of the users.
Technogym fitness equipment, which already integrates an operating system to manage fitness schedules, TV series and music, could integrate an assistant to help the user during the workout.
AIM is a virtual assistant who has three different personalities depending on the person in front of him. By performing a test, AIM takes on a personality that suits SHAPE users (keeping fit), POWER (wants to become more athletic) or BALANCE (trains for fun).

Triskel
Automotive energy harvesting
The objects that rotate possess an intrinsic energy that is opposed to their circular movement. In particular, car wheel rims have a structural function, but they consume energy that could be used in the movement of the vehicle.
Triskel uses a system of solenoids and magnets that produces electricity, both in motion and during braking, which will then be fed back into the battery in order to increase the autonomy of the vehicle.
The chassis design, inspired by the vehicles of Daniel Simon (Tron: Legacy, 2010) and Katsuhiro Otomo, (Akira, 1988) is that of a fairing wheel, continued with the bodywork of the car.
Cloud eyes
Installation for EXPO 2020
Competition for the realization of the San Marino state pavilion for "EXPO 2020 DUBAI: Connecting minds, creating the future".

A peculiar feature of San Marino is the meteorological phenomenon for which the clouds fall below the level of the mountains, and it seems that the fortress floats above the mist: a strong metaphor for a nation that wants to enter the future through projects of energy independence.

The visit begins inside a room that, through a 360 projection, will bring the audience above the clouds through the point of view of a shooting of a drone.

The second part is an immersive room in which the sky of San Marino is projected in timelapse. The luminous bodies present are inflatable clouds that react with the surrounding environment, changing color, but also with the public, increasing their brightness in passing. The floor is covered with energy-efficient tiles, making the entire pavilion self-powered by visitors inside.

Mandragora
Music instrument
Pipe smoking is a ritual of slowness, full of charm and unique gestures. The object in question also possesses an intrinsic prestige, to the point that it is the object with which you make portraits of characters (both real and imaginary) powerful but also eccentric and creative, like J.R.R. Tolkien, Sherlock Holmes or Mark Twain.
The material with which the pipes is the briar, the part of the tree that has irregular fibers. This part of the trunk is exported still alive and left to mature. The sketching masters dissect the material according to standard portions, almost as if the diamonds are cut.
Mandragora is a musical instrument that has different variations with respect to the brass spout (which, like the various pipe models, changes the grip), especially compared to the 3D printed keyboards, which allow you to compose a melody with different gestures and approaches, such as if they were different mini-games
