Blue Shift
Procedural virtual reality
White noise is a peculiar audio frequency, generated naturally by sea waves, rain and wind, able to cancel sounds instead of covering them. At the sensory level, the factors that attract the attention of the mind reduce their effect, thus reducing stress.
Through a smartphone app and a special VR viewer, you can experience the tranquility of the places where the white noise is present. In particular, "Piazzale della Libertà" of Pesaro.
A software collects both environmental data through a floating sensor, and human behavior data from social networks. Through the "Deep Dream" neural network system of Google, the 360 images of Pesaro are altered creating fantastic landscapes that reflect the mood of the inhabitants of the city and the weather.
